service from the breakfast staff was poor, buffe was not maintained and there were never enough bowls for cereal/fruit

There was hot running water in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable.
The triple room was very small, no ventilation. Too noisy to open window on busy dual carriageway. A good distance from the Parc d'expo, taxis cost €30. The complimentary bus was unreliable, The accommodation was very basic and quite dated, the single socket in the room was loose and the sockets in the dining room were falling off the wall. Not at all like their website.

That it had an elevator, strong free WiFi and parking.
An extremely small room for three people. We asked for dinner and they offered us the cold leftovers of a salad bar for 13 euros per person. the room was so small that it was difficult to fit the three of us and the suitcases.

It smelt very bad, the restaurant was full and long trip from the airport (9 km claimed in the net but 40€ taxi to come)

The water was pipping hot and the bed was comfortable and bedding very clean and of good quality. The restaurant was OK, fair choice of dishes and large portions.
The room needs to be refurbished urgently, wallpaper, lighting, carpet, bathroom - it's desperate particularly in view of the price.
